“ First time eating at this establishment. Purchased a small fish filet combo and a crawfish poboy combo. Received absolutely tremendous service. Kate is EXCELLENT. Food tasted delicious and very fresh. Please note: In the photos, there is approximately 20% of the actual sandwich left. (It was super delicious. We were lucky to have caught that piece for a photo! ) Will revisit again. 100/100. Definitely recommend. ”
“ This was a very good quick stop for dinner for my family of five. My kids all asked if we could come again on our next road trip. Catfish was so good! I would like to commend the staff for their exceptional service. Despite the presence of extremely rude patrons nearby, who persisted in complaining from the moment they arrived until the situation escalated, the staff maintained their composure. After we paid and departed, I observed the staff handling the situation with kindness and tact. We will certainly return and I hope the staff takes pride in their professionalism. ”
“ I've been traveling between TN and the Coast for years and never knew of Bubbas. I finally searched for somewhere, other than chain fast food, and decided that I'd stop at Bubbas, what could I lose. What a gem. Still can't believe how many times I had chain-food when I could have stopped here, and it's only 3/4 mile off of US-45. Had the Oyster Po-boy. It was as good as any on the coast and the service was great. They serve Coleslaw for the table. It's a little different with a very slight cinnamon taste. Gotta say, I am a KFC Coleslaw person but in its own way, this slaw was great. I asked the waitress why they didn't have themselves added to the blue exit sign and was told that it just wasn't necessary to get the clientele they desired. Stopped by on the trip back north and had the BBQ platter. Gotta say that it was all good but the chicken stood out superbly. ”

“ This was our first time visiting Bubba's Catfish House and it was pretty good! There are no other seafood restaurants in the Meridian area that are worth a flip, but Bubba's didn't disappoint! My wife had grilled shrimp, with fries and hushpuppies. I had the special which was smoked chicken, brisket, sausage, and ribs. They also bring you a big ole bowl and delicious cole slaw!! The food was great, but the service was ok, they may have just been having an off night and it's understandable in the food service industry. The atmosphere of the restaurant was great, just a small country seafood restaurant. We will definitely be back in the future!! ”
